Refund & Exchange Policy
We offer a hassle-free process to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
1. Request Timeline
You have 2-3 days post-delivery to raise an exchange or return request. Requests made after this 3-day window will not be accepted.
2. Damages & Wrong Deliveries
Full Refunds or Free Exchanges will be provided in the case of damaged products or wrong items delivered.
To be eligible, please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging with a video for the same.
3. Change of Mind / Other Cases
In any other case (e.g., if you simply didn't like the style), no cash refunds will be provided. However, we are happy to offer:
Product Exchanges * Store Credit (valid for future purchases)
Please note: A processing fee of ₹100 will be charged for these cases.

Processing Time: Once a request is raised, please allow 2-4 working days for our team to process it.
5. Refund Timeline
In cases of wrong or damaged delivery, approved refunds will take 5-7 working days and will be credited back to your original source of payment.
6. Terms & Conditions
Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted more than once per order.
Logistics: In case return pick-up is not available at your specific location, the customer will be liable to ship the product back to our warehouse. The shipping cost will be reimbursed by us upon verification.
