At Glarora, we strive to deliver your sunglasses in the fastest and safest way possible. We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your orders reach you in perfect condition.
1. Order Dispatch
* All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
* Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery in real-time.
2. Delivery Timelines
We ship all orders from our facility in Maharashtra. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
* Metro Cities: 2 – 4 working days.
* Tier 2 Cities: 3 – 5 working days.
* Rest of India: 5 – 7 working days.
* Note: Delivery times may occasionally vary due to external factors like extreme weather or high-volume festive seasons.
3. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address, pincode, and contact number are 100% accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee may apply.
4. Order Tracking
Once your Glarora sunglasses are on the way, you can track them using the link in track order. If you face any issues with tracking, feel free to reach out to us.
5. Damage in Transit
We take immense pride in our packaging to ensure your shades arrive safely. However, if you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please:
* Refuse to accept the delivery.
* Take a photo/video of the package.
* Contact our support team (glarorasupport@gmail.com) immediately.
6. Cancellations
You can cancel your order at no cost as long as it has not yet been dispatched. Once the order leaves our facility, it cannot be cancelled.
